Shipping Guide
Before placing an order, please note that there may be a cost for a refund after the order is placed. Refunds based on our reasons, such as inventory being shown incorrectly, will be given a full refund. Refunds for customer-specific reasons, for example, you no longer want to have the ordered goods and request to cancel the order yourself. Similar to this case, the refund will be deducted by 10% as a processing fee+1$ (shopfiy platform fee and labor costs). Therefore, please be 100% sure that you want to buy the goods when you place an order. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Note: To EU countries, we will ship with IOSS and pay VAT at our side.

VaporMo cooperates with a large number of logistical companies to satisfy worldwide customers' needs for the stability and timeliness of shipping.
Products policies have had a substantial negative impact on the logistical channels worldwide, but despite this, we will do our best to deliver items to all parts of the world. We offer a variety of shipping methods and will show the best one for you on the checkout page. The current shipping methods offered are Registered Air Mail, Express and UPS.

There are three key factors which will affect the time you receive your items.
1) Order Status
For pre-order and restocking orders, we need to take some time to purchase the products back before shipping, so you need to wait for about 10-30 working days.
In-stock orders: in 48 working hours for dispatching, estimated delivery time 5-20 working days
2) Warehouses
We have established 2 warehouses in California, USA / Shenzhen, China, and many backup warehouses in Europe for the growing orders.
