NEXA ULTRA 50000 Review

Nexa Ultra 50K Puffs Disposable Vape Kit

The NEXA ULTRA 50000 is a compact disposable vape with a voluminous liquid capacity and unique design. What sets the ULTRA 50000 apart from its competitors is its ability to fully vaporize all of its liquid. Normally, there’s going to be several milliliters of liquid left in the wicking material that can’t be vaped without a dry hit. The ULTRA 50000 solves that issue. In this review, we’ll explain how NEXA achieves that.

Other notable features of the NEXA 50000 are an 800 mAh quick-charge USB-C battery, a 3D-curved screen, 2x power modes, and a dual mesh coil. Boasting a 50k puff rating, the NEXA ULTRA contains a transparent and attachable tank that holds 20 mL liquid at 5% nic.

Size, look, and feel

The NEXA ULTRA 50000 is a compact and grip-friendly design. It's got a rounded body that simply feels good in the hand.

It’s made of PC/PCTG and has a glossy exterior. It features a two-toned design of black and another metallic color, suggestive of the flavor. The flavor tank is completely transparent with graduation marks, so you can get a clear estimation of how much liquid you have left. For all the disposables out that have so-called smart screens for monitoring your juice levels, we all know that they’re just approximations. With the ULTRA 50000, you can see for yourself exactly how much you have left.

The mouthpiece of the ULTRA 50000 is flat and rounded, making it comfortable to take a draw from. Altogether, the design of the device is pleasant to hold and use.

The aesthetics of the ULTRA 50000 are mature, but there is a light display that activates when you take a hit. The ULTRA 50000 graphics are displayed on the black panel, and they blink and flitter with techy-looking circuits and computer chips. The lights are clearly visible, but they’re not obnoxiously bright.

Getting started

The special feature of the ULTRA 50000 is that it’s essentially a two-part design meant to allow the entire 20 mL to be vaped. There’s the main power device and a pre-filled 20 mL transparent liquid tank. At first, I thought it was like the Off-Stamp in that you only need to buy replacement tanks/pods, but that’s not it. The whole device is disposable once the tank gets attached.

When you remove the tank from the box and obvious packaging, there’s some plastic and foil covering the connector of the tank, as well as an O-ring. Don’t remove any of that. That section gets punctured and acts as a seal to keep liquid in once the tank connects to the battery. I think you can remove the plastic from over the foil, but not the foil.

To connect the tank to the power device, press it in with the flat part of the tank down. It seems like it should slide in from the top down, but just press it together where the wick spike (male end) penetrates the tank. Let it sit for a couple of minutes, then it’s ready to vape. All this will make sense when you have one in your hand.

The point of this design is that there’s no filler material to hold trapped liquid hostage. That means you can vape the full tank. It’s a very clever design!

Other than connecting the tank, everything else is standard fare. There’s adjustable airflow on the bottom by way of a slider-switch, and a button sitting underneath the USB-C port (that sits below the tank) for adjusting the two power levels (normal/50k puffs and turbo/30K puffs). The black 3D-curved screen displays the power setting and the battery percentage remaining.

How does it hit?

The NEXA ULTRA 50000 hits like a dream. It achieves a decent MTL all the way up to a restricted lung hit. The dual mesh coil hits quickly and with robust vapor production. I’ve had zero issues with anything regarding the draw. No gurgling, juice in the mouth, leaking, or dry hits.
