Geekvape Aegis Boost Series at Vapormo.com

Aegis Boost series by Geekvape is one of the most successful product line for Geekvape since the first release of the Aegis Boost in Oct 2019, which features easy operation (top filling, adjustable airflow) and tri-proof. Then Geekvape upgraded it to Aegis Boost Plus with replaceable 18650 battery in June 2020. Now they upgraded it once again to Aegis Boost Pro – 100W output wattage with new P series coils!

Summary

At the same day of the Aegis Boost Pro released, we also heard the news from Geekvape that they will discontinue the regular version of Aegis Boost but keep the Luxury Version of Aegis Boost, which is for US market as they have submitted PMTA for it. So we will focus more on the new Aegis Boost Pro 100W Kit.

The max wattage for B series coils that work on Aegis Boost Plus is 40W, a mid-low wattage, cannot meet the requirements of all-round vaping experience like other similar 80W or 100W pod mods. I believe this is the main reason why Geekvape upgraded it to 100W. With 100W wattage output, they also need new coils to support higher wattage, so P series coils were made.

For the size, the new Aegis Boost Plus is bigger than the Aegis Boost Plus, but very close, so you cannot feel a clear difference in your hands. Geekvape kept the same structure of the kit – same top filling, same airflow system, same pod connection design. But the new Aegis Boost Pro Pod holds 6ml e-liquid, which is bigger than 5.5ml Aegis Boost Plus Pod.

One of the big concern you may pay attention to is the compatibility of accessories, we have got them from Geekvape and tested them:

A. The new Aegis Boost Pro Pod does NOT work on Aegis Boost Plus;

B. The new P series coils does NOT work on Aegis Boost Plus;

C. The old Aegis Boost Plus Pod works on the new Aegis Boost Pro;

D. The old B series coils works on the new Aegis Boost Pro if the pod is Aegis Boost Plus Pod;

E. The RDTA Pod & 510 adapter work on both products;
